Communication is the inherent basis for moving well through change, building and retaining community in the process. Change and conflict are essentially the same issue: individuals are being required to react differently, to move ground, to let go of what has been in order to embody what is. And the ability to transition through these states, smoothly and collaboratively, often hinges on how the communication is delivered. It is not possible to advocate a particular outcome and remain fully open to a process unfolding organically, as the first requires holding ground, and the second requires moving with the flow. This is why having an impartial communicator in the equation can often have startling benefit. Please use the navigation bar or links for a more complete discussion of support services.
