Learning to Set Boundaries
Although our pop culture is filled with buzz words like “co-dependent”, “boundaries”, “dysfunctional” and other related terms, many of us don’t truly understand what those ideas mean or how they affect us. More, many times we tend to associate these problems only with our personal lives and are shocked to realize that these issues are pervasive within the workplace, as well. This workshop will cover the therapeutic meanings behind these terms, concrete examples that we encounter on a daily basis, and opportunity to practice strategies for setting more healthy boundaries in every area of life.

It provides a framework to understand how best to communicate your message to anyone, in any situation, as well as to understand better how you communicate the way you do and why. In addition to the value of NLP in communication, it also has numerous therapeutic applications.
